 Admission is FREE!

Seedy Saturday is primarily a seed exchange and sale, whereby untreated seed can be traded at the 'Swap Table' or purchased from a vendor.  There will also be opportunities for learning about seeds and organic growing. The organic marketplace will include seeds, houseplants, organic foods, herbal products and more. Local organic and environmental organizations' displays will provide information and answer questions. Door prizes

Seedy Saturdays are annual events with a common theme of community, heritage and biodiversity in gardening.  Each Seedy Saturday/Sunday is usually operated as a non-profit public event, involving volunteers who are dedicated to the betterment of the local gardening community. They bring together home gardeners, seed savers, heritage gardeners, native plant collectors, community gardeners and local seed companies that sell open-pollinated varieties of vegetables, fruits, flowers, grains and herbs.

Come meet local people who share your interests! You can find help for your garden, swap your favorite seeds with other gardeners, and buy open-pollinated heritage seeds and plants which are not genetically engineered and which grow well in organic and low input conditions.
