Cauliflower (Song TJS-65 F1)
5491 - Cauliflower Song. Hybrid.
Loose-curd cauliflower popular in Asia. Sweeter and more tender than standard white-stemmed varieties, and with longer stems.
Sow 3–4 seeds 18" apart, ½" deep, rows 24–36" apart, thinning to one plant in each group. Heads are typically harvested after florets have elongated and curds have started to separate, though harvesting at the same stage as standard types is acceptable. Performs better in hot weather and below-average fertility.
