Chioggia Beets - Organic

An Italian favourite also known as the Bull's Eye Beet, Chioggia is sweet when cooked. Its rosy-pink skin hides white flesh with bright pink rings. Tops are medium height with green stems and red shading. Makes impressive garnish when grated. Pre-1840 heirloom.
