Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage

5462 - Early Jersey Wakefield. First grown in the U.S. by Francis Brill of Jersey City, New Jersey in 1840. The earliest market variety we offer. Conical, solid, tightly folded heads are 25-40cm/10-15" tall by 12-18cm/5-7" in diameter and weigh 3-4 pounds. Be careful not to plant too close together. 60-75 days from transplant.
