7181 - Wild Pansy. Viola arvensis The wild pansy is a charming annual wildflower that's both easy to cultivate and packed with potential benefits. You can find it flourishing across North and South America, even making its way up to Greenland, despite its petite and sweet appearance. Grows to a height of approximately 20cm/8in with creamy off-white petals. Abundant in resveratrol! While many are familiar with the health benefits of resveratrol found in red wine and red grapes, few know that the flowers of the wild pansy contain 50 to 100 times as much resveratrol as red grape skins. This polyphenol is known for its protective effects against cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and its ability to slow down the aging process.
