Rice Yukimochi

4913 - Yukimochi.
Sweet/Sticky Rice, lowland from Northern Japan. Short grain and white, pearly colour. Fries well, and great for leftovers. This variety does well when flooded but doesn't require it. Benefits from saturated soil if not flooding.
